These events can be combined or held separate and are a great addition to any party- friendly get togethers, bachelorette parties, birthdays, showers, business meetings, and team building. Group Sound Baths are GREAT for relaxation, enhancing creativity, focus, clarity and problem-solving. The easily accessed meditative space opens the mind to Alpha and Theta brainwaves states and expands your consciousness and bio-field. Physically, the sound waves pour over and through the body relaxing the nervous system allowing us to reset and heal.

Group sessions are available in corporate settings, private events, as well as in the privacy of your own home. I use Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls for all Sound Baths and these are available for purchase.
