Join Natalie Lobue and Kate Dedlow for a Breathwork + Sound Bath Workshop on a beautiful and spacious outdoor rooftop in Downtown Oakland. This workshop combines Breathwork with a Sound Bath including crystal singing bowls, Paiste planetary gongs, Acutonics tuning forks, chimes, and more for an absolutely blissful experience. Breathwork has the ability to reset the nervous system, illuminate the body, release old experiences, patterns and false beliefs, while creating space for depth and insight. Sound healing works by pouring specific vibrations through the body and aura to help support us on the physical, spiritual, emotional, and energetic level. We hope to see you there!

Please bring your "nest": a yoga mat or pad to lay on, 1-2 blankets, a pillow, and an eye covering.

Group Sound Baths are GREAT for relaxation, enhancing creativity, focus, clarity and problem-solving. The easily accessed meditative space opens the mind to Alpha and Theta brainwaves states and expands your consciousness and bio-field. Physically, the sound waves pour over and through the body relaxing the nervous system allowing us to reset and heal.

Group sessions are available in corporate settings, private events, as well as in the privacy of your own home. I use Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls for all Sound Baths and these are available for purchase.
