Join Shannon and I for a 2 Hour Restorative Yoga Class & Sound Bath

In this 2-hour workshop, Natalie will play the crystal bowls while Shannon Knorr leads an hour of gentle yoga followed by an hour of quiet restoratives. Let the sounds resonate, move, shift, and relax you while allowing your body to simply enjoy and be taken care of.

Group Sound Baths are GREAT for relaxation, enhancing creativity, focus, clarity and problem-solving. The easily accessed meditative space opens the mind to Alpha and Theta brainwaves states and expands your consciousness and bio-field. Physically, the sound waves pour over and through the body relaxing the nervous system allowing us to reset and heal.

Group sessions are available in corporate settings, private events, as well as in the privacy of your own home. I use Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls for all Sound Baths and these are available for purchase.

Meditation Classes are taught to give practical tools to help with everyday life. These guided meditation techniques help people handle stress while increasing focus, clarity, and productivity. They are easily accessible and help create self-awareness. With greater awareness we can focus on the heart of the matter, be inspired, and more productive. It helps everyone's bottom-line!
